If you have any dubbing or dubbing projects, we can all serve you.
Point 1
The sound descriptors and dialogue can only be placed together if the sound comes from the same source (the speaker produces that sound and the descriptor describes that action, an action performed by the speaker).
Example :
It is indicating the type of sound here. So that is incorrect because the descriptor is not describing an action performed by the speaker. Therefore it should be treated as dual speakers.
For example:
Subtitle 1:
-What´s wrong, you´re scared?
-[booming sound]
Subtitle 2:
Hold hands, hold hands!
The sound descriptor and dialogue can go together in the following examples:
What´s wrong, you´re scared? [whooshes] Hold hands, hold hands!
What´s wrong, you´re scared? [blows] Hold hands, hold hands!
Yes. [laughs]
I can´t... [stutters] I can't do that.
Point 2
Sound descriptors do not have to be repeated constantly, only if they keep playing after one or two minutes.
Point 3
Speaker IDs are only used when you can not see the speaker or you can not identify who the speaker is.
